Roger William Horak

CASA GRANDE - Roger William Horak, 65, died on Aug. 15, 2020.

Mr. Horak was born on May 14, 1955, in Bay City, Michigan, to Clarence and Anna Horak. He graduated from Cass City (Michigan) High School and attended Ferris State College (now University) in Michigan. He was a veteran of the Navy.

Survivors include three daughters, Susie Lewis Perez, Victoria Lewis and Anna Lewis; a son, Kevin Lewis; his girlfriend, Reva Staten; a brother, Robert Horak; a sister, Dale Lynn Horak Kluzak; and six grandsons.
