Roland "Ron" Robertson

Roland "Ron" Robertson, 76, died on June 3, 2015, at Banner Casa Grande Medical Center after suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Mr. Robertson was born in Frontier County, Nebraska, and served in the Air Force for four years. He retired as a truck driver with Frito-Lay Inc., then worked for Dugan Dairy for nine years. He was passionate about animals and considered everyone his family.

He enjoyed going on cruises and took 15 around Hawaii, Alaska, the Caribbean and other places. He also liked traveling to the mountains, Rocky Point and the sand dunes and anything outdoors.

Survivors include his wife of nine years, Marian Trent, and a nephew. He was preceded in death by a sister and a brother.

Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Christian Church of Casa Grande, with the service at 5.
