Rommel Frederick Lyons

Rommel Frederick Lyons, 50, of Maricopa, AZ, and of the Ak-Chin Community died on June 15, 2024. He was born at the Phoenix Indian Hospital on November 27, 1973, to Leonard Lyons and Euphrasia Mike. 

Rommel lived in Ak-Chin until the age of 18, then moved to Missoula, Montana, where he lived for 29 years. He worked as a store manager there in Montana. Rommel’s lifelong interests were movies and video games. Rommel was caring and kindhearted; he will be remembered for his sense of humor and love for Montana. 

Rommel is survived by his mother and many other family members. 

Rommel is preceded in death by his father and a brother, Loren Lyons. 

A Wake will be held at his mother's residence on Monday, June 24, 2024, at 6 pm. 47242 W. Farrell Rd. Maricopa, AZ. 85139 

Graveside Service will be held at the Ak-Chin Cemetery on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at 7 am.
