Ronald was born March 4th, 1940 and raised in Kansas City, Mo. At an early age he was introduced to building and working on model airplanes. He grew working on the engines and after getting his pilots license he loved flying and enjoyed racing cars. Ronald met and married Antoinette (Jordan) Spears. Together they moved to Grandview, MO where he purchased his first airplane. He and his wife built several businesses, including Spears Chili-N-Rib Palace in Kansas City and A.R.S. Trucking which served the entire metropolitan area in both Missouri and Kansas.
Ronald is survived by his son Ronald I Spears Jr and his daughter Lisa A Riddle, his grandchildren Veronica Alford, James Alford, Frank Riddle II, Rachael Spears, Cheyenne Stock, his great grandchildren Kira Riddle, Rosabella Kosmata, Mason Kosmata, Ivy Antoinette Kosmata, Ayla Isabel Mankel, James Lee Alford and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving relatives and friends, Ronald is also survived by his sister Janet of Houston, Texas.
Ronald is preceded in death by his wife Antoinette (Jordan) Spears, his father Irving Spears, his mother Beatrice Spears, his brother Norris Spears, and his sisters Gloria, Judy, Jeri, and Corrine
