Ronald Taylor

CASA GRANDE - Ronald Anthoney Taylor, 72, a Casa Grande native, died on June 11, 2018, at Hospice of the Valley in Chandler.

Mr. Taylor was born on July 20, 1945, at the old Lincoln Hospital on Brown Avenue to James and Helen Taylor. He served in the Army during the Vietnam War. He worked most of his life for Pinal County, first as an animal control officer and later for Pinal County Public Works as a heavy equipment operator before retiring.

He enjoyed watching John Wayne movies on DVD and collecting Coca-Cola memorabilia. He was a big Dallas Cowboys fan and a railroad enthusiast.

Survivors include two adult children, Ron D. Taylor and Mary H. Gates of Casa Grande; two brothers, Ernest and James Taylor of Casa Grande; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a grandchild.
