Rondi Solveig Meakins

CASA GRANDE - Rondi Solveig Meakins, 56, of Casa Grande died on Oct. 3, 2018, at Banner Casa Grande Medical Center.

Mrs. Meakins was born on Aug. 27, 1962, in Seattle to Ralph and Lois (Ness) Hadland. She was an associate at JC Penney in Casa Grande and was devoted to her family.

She loved to cook and go camping and also enjoyed watching movies.

Survivors include her husband, Scott W., whom she married on Dec. 5, 1986, in Seattle; a son, Kyle Meakins of Arlington, Tennessee; a daughter, Kellie Compton of Greensburg, Indiana; her mother, of Everett, Washington; a brother, Lars Hadland of Snohomish, Washington; a sister, Lisa Roberge of Camano Island, Washington; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father. A sister, Robin Hadland, died soon after Mrs. Meakins.
