CASA BLANCA - Rosalie Adele Perkins, 84, died on Aug. 20, 2014, at Arizona Heart Hospital in Phoenix.
Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Monday at the Blackwater Community Building. The graveside service will be at 7 a.m. Tuesday in Squaw Bush Cemetery, with Pastor Aaron Johns officiating.
Ms. Perkins was born on April 2, 1930, in Sacaton. She was a social worker and was devoted to her family. She loved doing crossword books, going to the movies and eating out. She also loved the Lord and attending church.
Survivors include four sons, Richard Jackson of Texas, Randy Jackson of Blackwater, Harrison Marrietta of Casa Blanca and Ross Walker of Texas; four daughters, Pamela Jackson of Sacaton, Cynthia Whipkey of Texas, Rose Carmelo of Blackwater and Petra Montalvo of Laveen; 29 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by four sons, Virgil Jackson, David Perkins, Robert Marrietta and Michael Montalvo.
