Rose Marie Cruz

SACATON - Rose Marie Cruz, 60, of Sacaton died on Dec. 24, 2014, at Chandler Regional Medical Center.

The wake will begin at 6 p.m. Friday at the District 7 Service Center. The graveside service will be at 8 a.m. Saturday in Pee Posh Cemetery, with Deacon Ron Poulin officiating.

Ms. Cruz was born on June 11, 1954, in Phoenix. She was a casino server and had a great sense of humor. She was always smiling or laughing and was a lover of music. She gave of her time and money to help family, friends and people in need.

Survivors include two daughters, Corina Lopez and Jessica Sotelo of Phoenix; a son, Daniel Cruz of Phoenix; a sister, Luncinda Stewart of Laveen; 17 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny Cruz and Elizabeth Salazar.
