Ruby Clark

Marguerite Clark, 79, of Casa Grande died Aug. 31, 2008 at Casa Grande Regional Medical Center.


A private service was planned.

Dr. Clark was born Jan. 11, 1929 in Clyde, Texas, and was a daughter of Harry C. Clark and Ulerah Price. She was an optometrist and formerly had offices in Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, Green Valley and Douglas. She served as president of the Arizona State Board of Optometry and received an Optometrist of the Year award. She formerly was a private pilot.

Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Harry C.; two daughters, Tina Brogodon of Savannah, Ga., and Karen Clark of Casa Grande; three sons, Jon, Philip and Paul Clark, all of Phoenix; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
