Sadie Thelma Notah

Sadie Thelma Notah, 22, of Gilbert, Arizona, passed away the morning of December 31, 2024. Sadie was born January 2, 2002, in Chandler, Arizona to James Notah Sr. and Julie Kalka. Sadie loved to play soccer and played for several East Valley club teams, as well as the Casteel High School Women’s team. She graduated from Casteel High School in 2020. Sadie worked for a daycare in Gilbert and loved caring for infants. Sadie loved to sing, dance, and spend time with her family and friends.

Sadie is survived by her parents, Brian and Nancy Miller, her grandmother, Anita Hudson, her siblings Amber Martinez, Janae Notah, Maureen Kalka, Brent Kalka, Kabahe Notah, and James Notah Jr. and sixteen nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on the Gila River Indian Community. The wake will be January 17, 2025, from 6:00 to 10:00 pm at the District 3 Multi-Purpose Building and the funeral will be January 18, 2025, at 9:00 am at the Santan Day School Cemetery with a meal immediately after at the District 3 Multi-Purpose Building.
