Sally K. Keagle Born October 31, 1949 in McMinnville Oregon to Mr. and Mrs. Clair and Olga Stringer. She died in her home on September 6, 2020.
Sally is survived by her brother Curtis Stringer, niece Joanie Griffin, nephews Bobbie Burnett and Caleb Stringer, along with cousins Gene Stringer and Linda Brooks. Sally grew up on various family farms in the Amity in Dayton Oregon vicinities. She attended Amity Grade and High school’s before learning many art and craft skills at the University of Oregon and Lane community college. Sally traveled the world. Residing not only in Oregon, but in New Zealand, Australia, California and most recently enjoyed living in Ajo, Arizona amongst her friends. Sally worked at many different jobs and excelled at them all. She was secretary, bookkeeper, sold real estate, antique and collectibles dealer, shopkeeper, fiber artist, craftsman and purveyor. Her favorite of them all was teaching others those skills and crafts that she loved. Sally’s love of the arts was reflected in her pleasant spirit. She was soft-spoken, always gracious and compassionate; offering the kindest words and sentiments at every interaction with others. Every person Sally met with soon to be her friend.
