Salvador Miranda

ELOY — Salvador M. Miranda, 54, of Eloy died on Aug. 25, 2010, at Carondelet Hospice in Tucson.
Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. Monday at 5369 W. Concordia Drive. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Tuesday at St. Helen of the Cross Catholic Church by the Rev. Juan Carlos Aguirre. Burial will be in Eloy Memorial Park.
Mr. Miranda was born on March 9, 1956, in Guanajuato, Mexico. He worked in maintenance. He loved to cook out, watch soccer games, go hunting and also loved to spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was a hard worker.
Survivors include his wife of 33 years, Maria F. Martinez de Miranda; two daughters, Geydi Miranda de Quezada and Maria M. Miranda de Dios of Eloy; a son, Mario Miranda of Eloy; his parents, Silvestre Miranda and Petra Mata of Mexico; four sisters, Eva Miranda, Juana Jimenez, Rosa Cardenas and Angelica Vasquez, all of Tucson; five brothers, Agustin Miranda of Queen Creek, Pedro, Raul, Rogelio and Adan Miranda, all of Tucson; and four grandchildren.
