Samuel Francis Luther

COOLIDGE - Samuel Francis Luther Jr., 50, of Coolidge died June 28, 2008 in Phoenix.


Visitation was from 3 to 5 p.m. Monday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud Coolidge Chapel. The graveside service was at 6 a.m. Tuesday in Vah-ki Cemetery in Casa Blanca.

Mr. Luther was born May 30, 1958 in Albuquerque, N.M. He was a cook. He enjoyed drawing and making conversation with anyone. He also enjoyed rock, reggae and oldies music and loved children and practical jokes.

Survivors include his wife, Gloria; his mother, Donna Stone of Sacaton; a sister, Lisa Eschief of Sacaton; and two brothers, Patrick Luther of Sacaton and Peter Luther of Phoenix. He was preceded in death by his father, Samuel Luther, and a brother, Gregory Luther.
