Sarah Barbara Holmes

Sarah Barbara Holmes, Age 83, a 73 year residence of Casa Grande, passed away on Tuesday June 13, 2023 in Surprise, AZ.  Mrs. Holes was born on September 23, 1939, in Sudan, Texas. She was devoted to her family and loved cooking and spending time with her family.

She was devoted to her Lord Jesus Christ and served in her church (Trinity Southern Baptist Church of Casa Grande) nursery for decades.  Everyone, especially children, loved her.

She is survived by four children, Audie Holmes and Tammy O'Neil of Casa Grande, Trina Faust of Cottonwood, AZ and Terri Harris of Buckeye, AZ; three siblings, Geraldine Harris and Art Huley of Casa Grande and Marcille Roy of Waco, TX; 18 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mac in 2004.  Funeral Services, Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00a.m on Wednesday June 21, 2023 at Trinity Southern Baptist Church, 1100 E. Trinity Place, Casa Grande.  Burial to follow service in Mountain View Cemetery, 15506 W. Skyway Avenue, Casa Grande.
