CASA GRANDE - Scott Richard Leseman, 41, of Casa Grande died on July 2, 2017, at home.
Mr. Leseman was born on Sept. 16, 1975, in Phoenix to Stephanie and Richard Leseman.
Survivors include his parents; a sister, Tonia Carr; and a niece he loved very much.
Celebration of life and memorial service at 9 a.m. Monday, July 10, at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel. Reception following in the Memory Gardens.
