Sergio "Sluggo" Hernandez

CASA BLANCA - Sergio "Sluggo" Hernandez Jr., 36, died on June 26, 2018.

He was born to Henrietta Rubio and Sergio Hernandez Sr. on Oct. 18, 1981, in Phoenix.

Mr. Hernandez was a lifetime fan of the Phoenix Suns and the Arizona Cardinals. He enjoyed watching movies and playing volleyball with his siblings. He loved being surrounded by family and friends.

Survivors include his parents and siblings: Robert Jose, Markus Hernandez, Erika Hernandez, Juan Rubio Jr., Esteban Rubio and Eliza Rubio, all of Casa Blanca.

Wake beginning at 7 p.m. Monday, July 2, at the family residence, 1371 N. Horseshoe Road in Casa Blanca. Funeral at 5 a.m. Tuesday, July 3, with burial to follow at Vah-ki Cemetery.
