Sheldon Brian Johnson

SACATON — Sheldon Brian Johnson, 43, died on Feb. 8, 2010 at home.
Rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m. Monday at St. Anthony Catholic Mission in Sacaton, with visitation following from 7:30 to 10. Funeral Mass will be celebrated there at 8 a.m. Tuesday by the Rev. Dale Jamison. Burial will be in East Sacaton Cemetery.
Mr. Johnson was born on March 4, 1966 in Sacaton. He worked in construction, roofing and was a laborer. He also was an artist and was most creative with his pencil drawings. He enjoyed woodworking.
Survivors include a daughter, Anniya M. Lewis of Casa Blanca; his mother and stepfather, Myrtis Jay M. and Enoch Johnson of Sacaton; his grandmother, Eleanor Jay; and four sisters, Angelina and Gloria Johnson of Sacaton, Frances and Daniela Johnson of Laveen. He was preceded in death by his father, Loren Johnson; three brothers, Kevin Jay, Ramee D. and Jason Johnson; and a sister, Victoria Johnson.
