Sheryl Renee Mcelroy

CASA GRANDE - Sheryl Renee McElroy, 54, of Casa Grande died on Dec. 25, 2015, at Banner Casa Grande Medical Center.

Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud Coolidge Chapel. A celebration of life will follow at 10. Burial will be in Heritage Valley Memorial Park in Coolidge.

Mrs. McElroy was born on June 11, 1961, in Florence. She worked as a caregiver and was always helping people. She loved going on rides, visiting different restaurants and going to the Grand Canyon.

The rock of her family, she loved her kids and grandkids, and having her family in the same room always made her smile. As the oldest of her brothers and sisters she played the role of a kindhearted mom, always encouraging her family to do good. She was sweet and kind.

Survivors include her husband, Ray; two sons, Michael Knight and Frank Morris of Casa Grande; two daughters, Shereda and Latasha Morris of Casa Grande; a brother, David Hale of Casa Grande; two sisters, Tammi Brooks of Casa Grande and Justina Robertson of Mesa; and 12 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Joyce Hale; a son, Andrew Morris; and two brothers, Paul and Wayne Hale.
