MARICOPA - Shirley Ann Zavitka, 87, of Maricopa died on May 11, 2019.

Mrs. Zavitka was born on Dec. 19, 1931, in Grand Forks, North Dakota, to Michael and Mary Novak. She loved to dance, travel and shop and was devoted to her family.

She is survived by her husband, James N.; four adult children, Mary Cruz, Jamie Czornyj, Sharlene Lazzini and James W. Zavitka; and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her siblings.
