Socorro Orozco

Socorro O. Orozco Sr., 81, of Casa Grande died on Nov. 29, 2010, at home.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel, with rosary recited at 7. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church by the Rev. Felix Rodriguez. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery.
Mr. Orozco was born on Oct. 2, 1929, in Mexico and was a son of Isidro and Eduvijes Orozco. He was a cattle rancher. He enjoyed playing guitar and was a quiet man who was devoted to his family.
Survivors include his wife, Felipa R.; three sons, Daniel J., Javier and Socorro Orozco Jr., all of Casa Grande; three daughters, Teresa Hernandez, Lucy Orozco and Bicky Cervantes, all of Casa Grande; a sister, Teresa Aguirre of Gila Bend; 17 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Ysidro Orozco Sr.
