Stella Juan

COCKLEBUR VILLAGE - Stella F. Juan, 64, of Cocklebur died on Jan. 2, 2015, at Archie Hendricks Sr. Skilled Nursing Facility in Sells.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 7 p.m. Friday at St. Francis Catholic Mission. A wake will follow. Burial will be early Saturday in Cocklebur Cemetery.

Mrs. Juan was born on Sept. 10, 1950, in Cocklebur and was a daughter of Hillman and Alice (Pilone) Antone. She was a homemaker and a basket weaver who was well known for her horsehair baskets. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband, Listo C.; a daughter, Stephanie Juan of Cocklebur; two sons, Ira and Emmett Juan of Cocklebur; a sister, Delphine Wilson of Cocklebur; 13 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a son, Ivan Juan.
