MARICOPA - Steven Doyle Frazier, 61, of Maricopa died on April 26, 2016, at home.
Mr. Frazier was born on June 17, 1954, in Florence. An Army veteran, he was an honor guard member and served at the White House under former President Gerald Ford. He later was a heavy equipment operator, loved to tinker with things and could fix almost anything.
He loved fishing and being outdoors. He also loved everyone and was known as a sweet, genuine man who loved the Lord.
Survivors include his wife, Valerie Diane; two sons, Michael Frazier of Medford, Oregon, and Justyn Frazier of Prescott; two daughters, Ashtyn Meyer of Indianapolis and Stephanie Frazier of Hidden Valley; two stepsons, Eric Brown and Jeremy Montemayor of Washington; three stepdaughters, Danielle Pettit, Michelle Mallard and Jamie Arnes, all of Washington; three brothers, Daniel Frazier of Cactus Forest, Wayne Frazier of Florence and Michael Frazier of Coolidge; and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond Frazier and Rozella Palmer.
The celebration of life will be at 1 p.m. Friday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel in Casa Grande.
