Steven Ray Villarreal

Steven Ray Villarreal, aged 29, of Maricopa, passed away on October 11, 2024. He was born on February 3, 1995, in Chandler, Arizona, to Carrie Ann Villarreal and Narin Ray Smith.

Steven had a passion for music and found joy in working on cars. He cherished his time spent with his children and family. An avid boxing enthusiast, Steven was also a devoted father, brother, and uncle, known for his steadfast commitment to protecting and supporting his loved ones.

He is survived by his children, Narin Ross Lopez and Estalynn Lopez, both of Maricopa; and his siblings, Jonella Peters of Ak-Chin, Suzanna Villarreal of Bapchule, Karin Smith of Ak-Chin, Sarina Smith of Ak-Chin, Kimberly Smith of Ak-Chin, Warin Villarreal of Bapchule, and Miranda Villarreal of Bapchule.

Steven is preceded in death by his mother, Carrie Luz; his father, Narin Smith; his sisters, Kendra and Irene Smith; and his uncle, Barney Compton.

A wake service will be held on Sunday, November 3rd, at the District 5 Multipurpose Building in Casa Blanca at 7 PM, followed by graveside services on the morning of November 4th at 7 AM at St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery in Bapchule.
