The celebration of life for Stewart Lee Anderson, 70, of Casa Grande will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Trinity Southern Baptist Church, with Pastors Rick Holman and Phil Calvert officiating.
Mr. Anderson was born on Nov. 12, 1943, in Casa Grande and died on Dec. 13, 2013, at home.
A longtime electrical contractor, he was raised in Casa Grande, grew up on the family farm and was very loving, generous and outgoing. He coached Little League and Senior League baseball and served on the Casa Grande Union High School District board and Casa Grande Planning and Zoning Commission.
He owned Anderson Electric for 33 years and liked to fish and hunt and go to Rocky Point, Sonora, Mexico. He loved his family and spending time with all of them, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. His family always came first.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Diane; a daughter, Robin Nowlin of Casa Grande; a son, Mikel Anderson of Chandler; a brother, Rob Anderson of Chandler; a sister, Jan Sredanovich of Casa Grande; his stepmother, Margaret Anderson of Casa Grande; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Hilda Anderson, and a stepbrother, Mark Underhill.
Memorial donations may be made to Special Olympics or the American Cancer Society.
