Susan L. "Honey" Wagner

CASA GRANDE - Susan L. "Honey" Wagner, 85, of Casa Grande died peacefully at home, surrounded by family, on Jan. 7, 2020.

Mrs. Wagner was a daughter of Sidney and Lona Lawson. Her family was her world. Her favorite pastime was cooking and baking for friends and loved ones.

She was preceded in death by six siblings, Willie Lawson, Edith Patterson, Pirl Chapman, JC Lawson, John Ree Lawson and Bonnie Scott. She is survived by her loving husband and best friend of 70 years, James R. Wagner; two daughters and a son, Joan Grasty, Deborah Wagner and Steven Wagner, all of Casa Grande; three siblings, Jack Lawson of Casa Grande, Barbara Baucom of Oklahoma and Jean Cox of Maricopa; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation beginning at 10 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 13, at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel, with service at 11. Burial in Mountain View Cemetery.
