Sylvia Maria Rubalcaba, 46, died on December 08, 2020 in Tempe. She was born on July 29th, 1974 to Jose and Sylvia Gutierrez. She was a San Francisco 49ers fan and loved spending time with family and friends, especially her children. She is survived by her mother Sylvia of Maricopa, her siblings; Josie M. Hernandez of Mesa, Jose Gutierrez Jr, and Jessica Gutierrez of Maricopa, her spouse Ruben J. Rubalcaba from Phoenix, and their children; Alexandria V. Rubalcaba, Ruben A. Rubalcaba Jr, Josie Rubalcaba, Jasmine Rubalcaba, Arricella Rubalcaba, and Venity Rubalcaba, of Phoenix, and Annabelle Gutierrez of Maricopa. She was preceded in death by her father; Jose Gutierrez.
