Tamaya Dale Warren

PHOENIX — Tamaya Dale Warren Sr., 36, of Phoenix died on June 24, 2013, at Phoenix Baptist Hospital.

Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday at Walk By Faith Christian Fellowship Church in Phoenix. The funeral will follow, with Cleveland Mitchell officiating. Burial will be in Upper Santan Cemetery.

Mr. Warren was born on June 27, 1976, in Phoenix. He graduated from Central High School in Phoenix, where he played football. He then graduated from trade school. He worked in customer service.

Survivors include his wife, Jennifer; two sons, Tamaya D. Warren Jr. and Jacob S. Bigbear Warren of Phoenix; three daughters, Moani A. and Amber M.R. Warren and Truly J. Butler, all of Phoenix; his mother, Sadie L. Lyons of Phoenix; two sisters, Catherine D. Warren-Williamson of Tempe and Dawn R. Echols-Bradley of Pensacola, Fla.; a stepsister, Shinitta S. Wilson of Montgomery, Ala.; and two stepbrothers, Ledale Wilson of Montgomery and Jacob Neil of California. He was preceded in death by his father, Dale Warren, and grandmother Rosalene Cooper-Lyons.
