Tammera Lynn Buskuhl

Tammy Buskuhl, age 64, passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2022 in Maricopa, Arizona.

Tammy was born in Modesto, California to Joyce & Bill Wilhelm on December 21, 1957. She was a graduate of Los Amigos High School in 1975. Tammy married Mike Buskuhl on June 19, 1982 in Fountain Valley, California and they enjoyed 39 years of marriage. Tammy lived in Vancouver, Washington for 25 years, where she worked as a Special Education Staff Assistant for Pacific Middle School for 18 years. Upon retiring, Tammy and Mike moved to Maricopa, Arizona in March of 2020. Tammy was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend to many. She enjoyed reading, gardening, watching Seattle Mariners and Seahawks games, camping, eating Devil Dog doughnuts in Long Beach, laughing and spending time with her family.

Tammy is preceded in death by her father, Bill Wilhelm. She is survived by her husband Mike and four children, Elizabeth Garr, Chris Buskuhl, Vicky Buskuhl, and Cathy Buskuhl; and three grandchildren, Justin Garr Jr., Connor Garr, and Randy Garr; mother, Joyce Wilhelm; siblings Sandy Boetger, Bill Wilhelm Jr., and John Wilhelm, and numerous nieces and nephews and beloved friends. The family would like to express our sincere gratitude for the wonderful help and care given by Aviant Hospice and Virginia Piper Cancer Research. Memorial donations may be made in Tammy's name to American Cancer Society.
