Ted Harper

Ted E. Harper, 65, a Casa Grande resident and native, died on Jan. 25, 2013, at home.
Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at noon by the Rev. Felix Rodriguez. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery.
Mr. Harper was born on Sept. 22, 1947, and was a son of J. Lavell and Gladys V. Harper. He worked as a miner. He enjoyed his dogs, his Harley-Davidson, Mustangs and his pickup truck.
Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Yvonne M.; five children, Debra Taylor, Lori Button, Matthew Button, Devin Harper and Tristan Button of Casa Grande; a brother, Vell Harper of Casa Grande; a sister, Caroline Seger of Pinetop-Lakeside; 12 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Michael Harper, and a granddaughter.
