FLORENCE — Thelma Ann Noah, 75 years young, of Florence was called home by our savior on Oct. 8, 2012, in Casa Grande.
The celebration of life will begin at 10 a.m. Friday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud Coolidge Chapel, with Pastor Darwin Chandler officiating.
Mrs. Noah was born on April 25, 1937, in Detroit and was a daughter of James A. and Mary F. Cage. She was an educator in Colorado for 20 years, provided her students with a successful start in life and was devoted to her family. She was known for her vibrancy, intellect and humor. She loved travel throughout the country and world, reading, playing golf and talking to friends.
Thelma was a very loving wife and mother, her vibrancy, intellect and humor came through on everything she did. Her 20 years as a teacher and educator in Colorado provided her students with the start in life that they needed to succeed. Thelma loved traveling throughout our country and the world, reading, playing golf and talking to friends. She and her engaging personality, compassion and love of life will truly be missed by all who knew her.
Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Pat; three daughters, Deborah L. Noah of Florence, Terri S. Fisher of Centennial, Colo., and Kelli A. Bischoff of Parker, Colo.; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a sister, Lois Smith.
