Therese "Terry" Dorr

Therese "Terry" Dorr, 72, of Casa Grande died quietly on Nov. 10, 2014.

Rosary will be recited at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10. Private burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery.

Ms. Dorr was born on July 9, 1942, in Chicago to Josephine and Vincent Dorr Jr., the oldest of four children. She worked in Chicago for many years as a legal secretary. She was a loving, generous aunt to her nieces and nephews and volunteered her time to help those less fortunate. She moved to Mesa in 1991 to be closer to her family and then to Casa Grande in 2011.

Survivors include a brother, Vincent J. Dorr of Casa Grande; a sister, Margaret Morin of Huntley, Illinois; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Joanne Michels.

Donations may be made in her memory to a favorite charity.
