Thorpe James Smith

Thorpe James Smith, 26, of Sacaton, died December 28, 2021, in Chandler. He was born November 14, 1995, in Chandler, Arizona to Kevin Smith and Stephanie Cassa. Thorpe enjoyed sports, he played football for Chandler high School, and was a Phoenix Cardinals and Phoenix Suns fan. He also liked playing the guitar and being in the St. Anthony’s Choir. He had a great sense of humor and could always make you laugh. He was kind, polite and willing to help. He wasn’t afraid to say, ‘I love you”. He was a good soul with a heart of gold and will be missed.
He is survived by his father Kevin, and his siblings, Charles Cassa, Krystal Cassa, Kevin Smith Jr., Raven Cassa, Brigette Smith, Edward Smith and Cassie Smith. He was preceded in death by his mother Stephanie Cassa, his grandfather Eric Pratt, and his grandmother Loraine Cassa.
