Timothy Peters

Timothy Edward Peters, 26, of Casa Grande died on Aug. 23, 2015, at Florence Hospital at Anthem.

Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Monday at the Gila River District 5 Multipurpose Building. The funeral will be at 6 a.m. Tuesday at Vah-Ki Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. Aaron Johns officiating. Burial will be in Vah-Ki Cemetery.

Mr. Peters was born on Dec. 31, 1988, in Phoenix. He was a construction worker. Baptized at Vah-Ki Presbyterian Church, he enjoyed playing basketball and listening to music but most of all enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, especially his nieces and nephews.

Survivors include his parents, Verda L. Lewis of Bapchule and Edward Peters; three sisters, Leslie Lewis of Casa Blanca, Maegan Lewis and Deazerie Peters of Casa Grande; two brothers, Mason Peters of Ak-Chin and Hayden Peters of Casa Grande; and a half-brother, Calvin Peters of Casa Grande.
