Titus Kyle Blackwater

Titus Kyle Blackwater "Tide" 50, of Blackwater died, November 30, 2020 in Chandler. Mr. Blackwater was born December 30, 1969 in Sacaton to Jay Morago, Jr. and Mary Blackwater. Titus worked as a Heavy Equipment operator in the construction business. He was an artist and loved music, cookouts and cruising the desert backroads. He loved being with family and friends. He graduated from Casa Grande Union High School and earned a bachelor’s degree from Central Arizona College.
Survivors include his mother; Mary Blackwater, his life long companion Glenda Ramon, two daughters; Tiana and Geneva Blackwater of Sacaton, two brothers; Errol Blackwater of Mesa, Danny Morago of Santan, four sisters; Andrea Perkins, Michelle Leos, Vicki Blackwater and Kim Blackwater all of Blackwater and one grandchild. He is preceded in death by his father, four sisters and a brother.
