Travis E. Sharp

Travis E. Sharp, 80, of Coolidge passed away on Saturday, August 4, 2007 in casa Grande, AZ. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, August 10, 2007 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints - Coolidge Ward located at 580 N. 9th St. in Coolidge.

Travis was born May 4, 1927 in Mt. Vernon, Texas and grew up in Peoria, Arizona. After graduating from Peoria High School, he attended Arizona State University, before serving honorably in the United States Navy during WWII. Travis and his wife of 60 years, Roberta, moved to Coolidge with their three sons in 1956. In Coolidge, Travis was a business owner and community leader, including participation as a member and officer of numerous service and community organizations.
