Trinidad Gonzalez

ELOY - Trinidad Gonzalez, 94, died on Jan. 7, 2019.

Mrs. Gonzalez was born on Aug. 15, 1924, in Roy, Texas and was a daughter of Donaciano Lopez and Tomasa Rivera Garza. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and loved dancing, sewing and shopping. She was a member of St. Helen of the Cross Catholic Church.

Survivors include five adult children, Eduardo Gonzalez of Flagstaff, Juanita Tarango of Casa Grande, Martina Macias of Tucson, Sylvia Diaz of Eloy and Delfino Gonzalez of Phoenix; a brother, Jesus Lopez of Casa Grande; 24 grandchildren; and many great- and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Amado; two daughters, Tomasa Tarango and Ernestina Gonzalez; and a son, Amado Gonzalez Jr.

Visitation beginning at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 17, at St. Helen of the Cross Catholic Church, with rosary recited at 10. Funeral Mass celebrated at 10:30. Burial in Eloy Memorial Park.
