U.R. Neely

U. R. Neely, Jr. died January 23, 2018 at the age of 86. U. R. Neely, Jr. was born in 1931 in Casa Grande, Arizona to Unice Roscoe and Reedye
Irene Neely. U. R. graduated from Casa Grande Union High School in 1949. U. R. attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas for one term. He
returned home to work on the family’s dairy and cotton farm, followed by marriage to his childhood sweetheart, Bonnie Riley, in 1950.
They moved to Texas for a brief period and returned to Casa Grande.
U. R. became partners with his brother-in-law, Sam Riley, at Al & Riley’s Air Conditioning Company in 1967 until 2012. They had four children: Gena, Sid, U. R. and Bridget.
Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Bonnie; two daughters, Gina and Bridget; eight grandchildren, Justin, Kyle, Megan, Grace, Anne, Graham, Sarah and Sophie; six great grandchildren, Cooper, Kennedy, Katelyn, Alana, Haley and Brandon. He was preceded in death by son, Sid and grandson, Derek.
