Valerie A. Howard

Valerie A. Howard, of Coolidge, died on November 7, 2023 in Gilbert at the age of 52. She was born on March 12, 1971, in Sacaton to Gordon Lee Howard and Mary Jane Crawford-Howard. 

Valerie loved cooking and always prepared more than enough to share with her loved ones. She found joy in listening to Chicken Scratch music. Regardless of the circumstances, Valerie remained positive and happy. Her faith was important to her, and she cherished attending church. 

 Valerie is survived by her children: Heidi, Isabella, Heather, Pricilla Howard; as well as Julian, Michael, and Christopher Yucupicio. She also leaves behind her brother, Duro Howard. Valerie was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Monica Howard. 

Services will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at St. Ignacias Catholic Church in North Komelik. The visitation will began at 9 a.m., followed by funeral mass at 3 p.m.. Burial will follow at North Komelik Cemetery.
