BLACKWATER — Vanessa Elaine Manuel, 59, died on Jan. 9, 2021, in Sacaton.

Ms. Manuel was born to Howard Card and Geraldine Osife on Jan. 15, 1961. She loved watching TV, doing crossword puzzles and especially caring for her dogs, Julio and Concha. She also loved engaging with family and friends.

Survivors include three siblings, Betty Manuel, Jennifer Flores and Vincent Manuel. She was preceded in death by her parents.
