CASA GRANDE - Veronica Levy, 50, of Casa Grande died on Nov. 3, 2016, at Hospice of the Valley Dobson Home in Chandler.
Ms. Levy was born on Sept. 4, 1966, in Sacaton to Andrew and Josephine (Garcia) Joaquin.
She is survived by her husband, Bennett; a daughter, Joslyn Levy; a son, Dontaa Luz-Levy; a sister, Magdelaine Luz; and three brothers, Charlie, Anselm and Jason Joaquin. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. Friday at the District 3 Service Center in Sacaton. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 8 a.m. Saturday at St. Anne Catholic Mission in Santan. Burial will be in St. Anne Catholic Cemetery.
