Victoria Smith

AK-CHIN — Victoria "Vicky" Smith, 49, of the Ak-Chin Indian Community died on May 16, 2022.
Ms. Smith was born on Feb. 28, 1973, in Phoenix to Emeterio T. Luna Sr. and Shirley A. Pablo.

She enjoyed listening to music, and her favorites were country and chicken scratch. She was an animal lover and loved caring for her two pet rats.
She had a great sense of humor and would get a laugh with her wit. She loved her family and constantly let them know. She was known for her tell-it-like-it-is attitude, never sugar coating anything. Her words and actions were all out of love, the same love she had for her two sons and grandson.

She is survived by her father; two children, Lee and Brandon Smith; five siblings, Roni Sue Zappia, Isabella Luna, Candi Chavez, Emeterio Luna Jr. and Erica Oliver; and one grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her mother.

Wake beginning at 6 p.m. on Friday, June 10, at the family home, 45060 W. Pablo St. Graveside service at 7 a.m. on Saturday, June 11, in Ak-Chin Cemetery.
