Wallace W. Olson

Wallace W. Olson, 93, of Casa Grande died Aug. 31, 2007 at home.

The memorial service will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1677, with the Rev. Steven Wagenknecht officiating.

Mr. Olson was born Jan. 17, 1914 in Isantui, Minn. He served in the Army Medical Corps during World War II. He was a restaurateur, owning supper clubs for many years. He loved gardening and animals. He was a member of the VFW.

Survivors include a daughter, Carmen Sanchez of New Mexico; two sons, Edward Rico of Wisconsin and Douglas Olson of Arizona; nine grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Jeanne (Rieger) Olson; a sister, Luella; and a grandson, PatrickJ.
