Wanda Jean Pablo, aged 83, of Bapchule, peacefully passed away on May 11, 2024 She was born in Sacaton on October 16, 1940, to the late Clement Sr. and Viola Santos. Wanda's life intertwined with that of her beloved husband, the late Chester Griffin Pablo, from a young age, and together they were blessed with three children.
Throughout her career as a cook for the Sacaton Police Department, Wanda's culinary skills shone brightly, earning her a reputation for exceptional cooking within her community. Her dedication to serving others extended beyond the kitchen as she found joy in contributing as a servant in her church and maintaining a steadfast daily practice of reading her bible.
Outside of her professional and religious commitments, Wanda delighted in crafting and cross-stitching intricate picture frames, showcasing her artistic talents and attention to detail. Her warm presence and culinary delights will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Wanda leaves behind a legacy cherished by her surviving sons and daughter: Frank Sr., Travis Sr. Pablo, and Delia Lewis; along with her siblings Gordon Santos Sr., Carmelita Marrietta, Anita Torres, Paul Galvin, Perry Galvin; 15 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
In remembrance of Wanda Jean Pablo, she is reunited in peace with her beloved husband Chester Pablo, siblings Francis Santos, Calvin Santos, Clement Santos Jr., Glenda Antone, Lavina Mendoza; a grandson; and a great-granddaughter. May her memory live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
