BLACKWATER - Warren Davis Trujillo III, infant son of Calvina and Warren Trujillo Jr. of Phoenix, was born and died on April 8, 2015, at Banner - University Medical Center in Phoenix.

The wake will begin at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Clayton Williams Sr. home in Blackwater. The graveside service will be at 8 a.m. Wednesday in Sagebrush Cemetery, with the Rev. Lynette Johns officiating.

Other survivors include three brothers, Mingo and Daniel Luz of Phoenix and Orlando Trujillo of Blackwater; three sisters, Mercedes Luz and Salaya Lewis of Phoenix and Camille Trujillo of Mesa; and grandparents, Virgil Thomas of Laveen, Antonia Ordonez and Roy Gomez of Coolidge.

J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud Coolidge Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
