Wilker Stanton Conner

MARICOPA - Wilker Stanton Conner, 90, of Maricopa died June 21, 2007 at home.

The memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel in Casa Grande, with Pastor Roy Edwards officiating. Burial will be in Paradise Memorial Gardens in Scottsdale.

Mr. Conner was born Jan. 21, 1917 in Rolla, Mo., and was a son of Arthur and Gladys Conner. He served in the Navy during World War II and was a farmer.

Survivors include two daughters, Kathleen A. Pickering of Maricopa and Laura L. Conner of Casa Grande; a son, Dennis R. Conner of Phoenix; three brothers, Arthur P. Conner of Phoenix, Pat and Kenneth Conner; one grandchild; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wives, Clara A. and Janice Conner; three brothers, Donald, William and Louis Conner; and a sister, Agnes Albright.
