Willie Mitchell

ELOY - Willie Mitchell, 86, of Eloy died on Oct. 1, 2018, at Oasis Pavilion Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Casa Grande.

Mr. Mitchell was born on Dec. 24, 1931, in Whitehaven, Tennessee, to Willie and Mattie Mitchell. He spent most of his life doing farm work and enjoyed working on cars, telling stories and listening to the blues.

Survivors include his wife, Parlee; a son, Paul Williams of Eloy; a stepdaughter, Marian Glaser of Mississippi; two stepsons, Sheldon and Kevin Kemp of Eloy; and seven grandchildren.

Visitation beginning at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 11, at J. Warren Funeral Services, Valley Chapel, with service at 10.
