Yolanda M Camacho, a beloved matriarch and cherished member of her community, passed away on November 16, 2024 in Phoenix, Arizona, at the age of 85. Born on July 23, 1939, in Mazatlan, Sinaloa, Mexico, Yolanda's journey was one marked by love, strength, and an unwavering commitment to her family.

Yolanda, a devoted wife to Jose N Camacho, built a life full of warmth and joy alongside her husband. Together, they nurtured a family that flourished under her care and affection, including their sons: Jose N (Chris) Camacho Jr., Raul (Tina) Camacho, Francisco (Shannon) Camacho, and Roberto Camacho. Her legacy continues through her nine grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild, all of whom immeasurable happiness to her life.

Known for her nurturing spirit, Yolanda found joy in simple pleasures. She loved knitting, crafting beautiful pieces that will now hold cherished memories for her family. Cooking was another passion; her kitchen was the heart of the home, where she created meals that filled the house with warmth and laughter. Her garden was a testament to her loving nature, as she spent countless hours treating her plants, nurturing them just as she nurtured her loved ones.

Yolanda is also survived by her beloved siblings, Fermin Mercado and Hortencia Serrano, who shared countless memories and laughter together, forming a bond that transcended time and distance.

While we remember her with heavy hearts, we also celebrate a life lived richly in love and devotion. Yolanda is now reunited with her parents, Mariana and Epidmenio Mercado, as well as her cherished siblings, Cristina Nunez, Simona Perez, Manuela Perez, Isabel Lopez/Lira, Cecilia Fernandez, Severa Castaneda, and Ricardo Mercado. Her absence is felt deeply, yet the memories of her laughter, love, and kindness will forever warm the hearts she touched.

A visitation will be held in her honor on November 23, 2024, from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM, followed by a prayer service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, at the Casa Grande - Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel, located at 525 N Peart Road, Casa Grande, Arizona.

Yolanda M Camacho will be remembered not only for her loving spirit but also for the many ways she enriched the lives of those around her. She leaves behind a legacy of compassion and love that will remain in the hearts of her family and friends forever.
