Zavier Elijah Ortiz

Zavier Elijah Ortiz, 4-month-old son of Lynette D. Flores and Adolph P. Ortiz of Queen Creek, died Sept. 16, 2008 at Gilbert Mercy Hospital.


Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel in Casa Grande. The funeral will follow at 2, with the Rev. Jay Luzeak officiating. Burial will be in South ChuiChu Cemetery.

Zavier was born in Chandler. He loved riding in his dad's truck and was always smiling for the camera. He was loved by his family.

In addition to his parents, survivors include a brother, Nolan Flores of Queen Creek; five sisters, Alexia and Alyssia Ortiz, Sanisha, Tanisha and Listiana Crawford, all of Queen Creek; grandparents, Moe and Ramona Ortiz of Globe, Patrick Rubio of Florence and Pauline Rubio of ChuiChu; and great-grandparents, Alvin Juan of Santa Rosa and Geraldine Thomas of ChuiChu.
