KAKA VILLAGE — Zyler Williams, 4, of Kaka Village died Dec. 3, 2011, at Casa Grande Regional Medical Center.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at the Williams residence in Kaka Village. The wake and all-day service will follow the Mass. Burial will be in Ventana Cemetery in Ventana Village.
Zyler was born Nov. 19, 2007, in Tucson. He started his education when he was 8 months old, going with his mother to the Family and Child Education program, then started Head Start at age 3. He enjoyed horses and the movies "Cars" and "Toy Story." His favorite character was Woody in "Toy Story." He loved playing with his sister, Zyann, and taking care of his "Baby" baby doll. He loved and enjoyed school. His favorite subject was playground, where he wrestled with the older boys. He liked to watch TV with his dad and bake cookies for his mom and dad. He was always helping clean and put things away without having to be asked and always did his share of work. He communicated using hand gestures, as his speech was slowly developing, and he wanted to be heard. He was very independent.
Zyler is survived by his parents, Erik and Abbileigh Williams of Kaka Village; one sister, Zyann; two sets of grandparents, Angelita and Kenneth Williams of Kaka Village and Regina and Dixon Edison Morris of Joseph City; and two sets of great-grandparents, Helen B. and Christian Morris of Joseph City and Marie and Jimmie George of Dilcon.
